Upload Birth Certificate

All players new to Madison SAY must provide Birth Certificate for proof of age.
You will have a chance to do this as part of the Registration process when adding a Participant (Player), or you can login and add it later if it isn't with you.
This maybe easiest to do on your smart phone since pictures are easy to get to.
First make sure you have a good picture of the Certificate that clearly shows the Name and Date of Birth.
To upload a Birth Certificate, login and go to My Account
You should see a list of Participants
Click the Edit Icon next to the Participant Name
Scroll down under player info to Date of Birth, verify DOB, and choose Upload Birth Certificate
Choose the Picture file, then choose Upload
Once it's loaded, you should see the file listed under the DOB.
Don't forget to scroll down and hit Update.
